About Christine Nichols
Christine Nichols is a British entrepreneur, business leader and charitable advocate recognised for her contribution to international trade and communityleadership.
She is Co-Founder and Director of Atlantic Pacific Group, an international logistics and supply chain organisation operating across the United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States. Founded in 2000, the Group has grown into one of the UK’s respected independent logistics providers, employing approximately 250 people, and was honoured with the King’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade in 2024, alongside multiple British International Freight Association awards.
Christine has played a leading role in championing diversity and leadership within the logistics industry. She became the first female Chair of the LondonFreight Club in its 70+ year history and continues to advocate for opportunity and inclusion across international trade and supply chains.
Alongside her business career, Christine is deeply committed to charitable and community work. She serves as Chair of Trustees of the Lady McAdden Breast Cancer Trust and is the founder of Unity in Community, initiatives focused on improving health awareness, volunteering and opportunity across local communities.
Her work has been recognised through a number of national and industry honours, including the Enterprise Vision Awards Lifetime Achievement Award and recognition for her role in promoting purpose-led business.

Christine Nichols is a British entrepreneur, business leader and charitable advocate with a career spanning over 50 years in international trade and community engagement.
She is Co-Founder and Director of Atlantic Pacific Group, an international logistics and supply chain organisation operating across the United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States.
Founded in 2000, the Group has grown into one of the UK’s respected independent logistics providers, employing approximately 250 people, and was recognised with the King’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade in 2024. In March 2026, Christine was also featured in Essex Life’s “Women That Wow” article, recognising leading women in business and leadership across Essex.
Business Leadership
Christine has over 50 years’ experience in the logistics and international trade sector. In 2000, she co-founded Atlantic Pacific Group, building a businessknown for strong client relationships and consistent growth.
The Group’s achievements include seven British International Freight Association awards across its companies, alongside national recognition through the King’s Award for Enterprise. Christine represented Atlantic Pacific Group at the King’s Award presentation at Windsor Castle, where she met His Majesty The King. The business has also been recognised as a FEBE Growth 100 company and featured in the Fast Growth 50, reflecting its sustained performance.
Christine has also contributed to the wider industry, becoming the first female Chair of the London Freight Club in its 70+ year history. Under her leadership,the Group has supported initiatives promoting women in business and entrepreneurship, including sponsorship of Pink Link, the Enterprise Vision Awards Retail Award category, and the FFInc Accelerator programme.
She is also a founding member of two global logistics networks for women, Magenta and Logifem, and has served as a judge for the everywoman Transport and Logistics Awards, the Enterprise Vision Awards and the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
Christine is a regular panel speaker at industry events and supports the sector through her involvement with the British International Freight Association, including sponsorship of its awards and speaking at Young Freight Forwarders Network events, supporting the next generation of logistics professionals.
Atlantic Pacific Group is also a corporate partner of Royal Museums Greenwich, reflecting a shared commitment to maritime heritage and education.
Charity And Community
Alongside her business career, Christine is actively involved in charitable and community work.
She serves as Chair of Trustees of the Lady McAdden Breast Cancer Trust, supporting awareness, education and care for those affected by breast cancer, with services reaching hundreds of women each year through education programmes and nurse-led support. She is also the Founder of Unity in Community, an initiative promoting volunteering and strengthening local engagement. In addition, she founded the SAVS Awards, recognising and celebrating the contribution of volunteers and community organisations, supporting a network of over 400 charities and 9,000 volunteers.
Earlier in her life, Christine volunteered with Mother Teresa’s Mission in Kolkata, an experience that continues to shape her commitment to helping others and supporting meaningful causes. She is also a breast cancer survivor and a foster parent, experiences that have further shaped her commitment to supporting others and giving back to the community.
